Shock and dismay hit as her deceased fiance stood alive and well in the back of the church as she said her vows.

People she thought were dead are very much alive. Love she thought she lost was merely buried under pain. Not being able to grasp the emotional turmoil Candice does what she does best... runs.

Will she ever stop running?

Which man will she choose?

Can she be the hero or will she become a victim as the game of rush and roulette began on her life before she even knew it had.

This is the second book in the series and picks up as Candy and Jax are getting married. As they kiss for the first time Chase shows up. Candy does what she does best she runs. Jax chases. There are times in the book I want to slap Candy. She gives you whiplash with the way her feelings swing and not  being able to make up her mind about what or who she wants. People you thought were dead are alive. People you thought were alive are dead. So many times I just wanted to throw my kindle down and scream. This book keeps you emotionally unstable pretty much the whole way through. As much as I love Jax but there were times I hated what he was doing. Times I really had no idea what anyone was doing or shy. Yet though all that the book wraps up and you can breathe a sigh of relief and at the same time sit back and wonder just what the hell happened. I loved it all. I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Take the time to get to know the characters and you will love them as much as she does.
