As an Amazon Best Selling Author, I have always been an avid reader. I joke that I "cut my romance teeth" on the historical romance books. In 2013 I started a blog to showcase wonderful writers. In 2014, I finally gave in to the characters in my head pleading for their story to be told. Thus, Emma's Home was created.

My first novel, Emma's Home became an Amazon Best Seller in 3 categories within the first month of publishing. Its success was followed by the rest of the Fairfield Series and then led into the Love's Series.  From there I have continued with the romantic suspense Alvarez Security Series and now the Saints Protection & Investigation Series, all bestsellers.

My books are filled with sweet romance and hot sex; mystery, suspense, real life characters and situations. My heroes are alphas, take charge men who love the strong, independent women they fall in love with.

I worked as a counselor in a high school and have been involved in education for the past 30 years.  I recently retired and now can spend more time devoted to my writing.

I have been married to a wonderfully patient man for 34 years and have 2 adult, very supportive daughters.

What a riveting fantastic read. The first in a new series from Maryann Jordan. Jack Bryant was the ultimate man. Protective, smart and strong but not over the top alpha. Bethany Bridwell, a strong independent women, helping her grandmother run Mountville Cabins. neither are looking for a relationship, yet have problems staying away from each other. A serial killer is loose and Jack and his team are determined to find him before he kills again. When it becomes to close to home can Jack save the one person he has feelings for.

  I love romantic suspense. Yet normally I can figure out who is behind the killing. So the romance always takes the main story line for me  I have to say I had it narrowed down but I can never at any point say with any certainty who it was in this book. So for once the mystery and suspense was forefront in my mind. All I could say at the end was wow. I received an authors copy in exchange for an honest review.

EARLY REVIEWS:

*****Maryann's writing is off the charts with this book. If there was any possible way to rate it higher then 5* I would.
Jacks life isn't the easiest to live being devoted completely to his job. He thought that his life could not have a constant woman in his life until he meets Bethany. While he is in deep with his current assignment trying to find a serial killer he questions on whether or not he should have a relationship with Bethany, at first he doubts it will work and then quickly changes his mind because he cannot keep her out of his thoughts.
Everything that I look for in a book was right here in this book. It keeps you enthralled with its suspenseful storyline and easy to love characters. This no doubt will have me wanting to read all of her other books.

*****Beautiful, heart wrenching, suspenseful, to name just a few adjectives to describe this book. I absolutely loved it. If you haven't read any of Ms. Jordan's work yet than this is a start she gets you right from the beginning all the way to the end. I cannot wait until the next in the series comes out! I fully recommend this book along with any of Ms. Jordan's other books.

*****This was as n absolutely phenomenal book. it keep me riveted from the first page until the very last. You will not get any spoilers here you will have to read the book. Jack is this strong, alpha male who protects those he works with and those he loves. Bethany is his neighbor who he develops feelings for. I love how this story keep you on the edge of your seat and how Maryann draws you into her stories and keeps you there until the very end. If you love a story with steamy romance, suspense, drama and action than this is definitely the book for you. This was the first story in the series and I can't wait to read more about these protective, alpha men

Vinny seen and done a lot in the special forces. One moment would haunt him. After returning state side Vinny went to work for his former Captain Tony at Alvarez Security. When Tony sends him on a mission to protect a musician. Nothing more was given to Vinny. After arriving Vinny is thrown back to a bad time after listening to the music. Even more shocked when he realizes that the musician that he is to protect is a young harp player Annalissa O'Brian. Thinking it was going to be easy, fly out get Annalissa on a plane in the morning fly home. There and done. What Vinny didn't count on was the feelings he felt when near her, the emergency landing that had to make and finding drugs packed into her harp. Now he mission is to keep her by his side and keep her safe.

    Another wonderful romantic suspense. Vinny liked his women tall, blonde and big chested. Once and done, no cuddles or spending the night. As he watched his brothers in arms fall one by one. He wondered if he would ever had that. On the other hand he liked his life the way it was. Annalissa, small, dark haired and slender had never meet anyone like Vinny. She was used to people telling her what she was doing and it drove her crazy. Yet when Vinny did, there was something about him that made her feel as if he only had her best intentions at heart. Never mind he was large, built and with that panty melting smile. It made he feel safe with him by her side. Watching Vinny fall for Annalissa made a wonderful story. This is part of the Alvarez Security series but can be read as a standalone.

*****Maryann Jordan you have written another immaculate story, that will render your readers speechless. Gabe story is about love, loss, trust, survival, friendship, brotherhood and community. The main characters as well as the secondary characters will become family and will take residence in your heart.

*****Things one of those books that will not only knock your socks off, but also pretty much draw out most emotions you can name off the top of your head.
Yeas there are some super hot sex scenes but there are moments that will bring you to tears. You will feel fear for the characters and see how true love for someone can bring a grown man to his knees.

*****This new series is in my opinion Maryann's best work! I fell in love with the characters and the story. There are many twists and turns and ups and downs. Gabe is a solid Alpha male working for Alvarez Security with his brothers in arms. Jennifer is a sweet little tiny woman who only puts others in front of herself. And Ross God Bless his little heart!! This story is an amazing journey of love and protection. About fighting for what you want. Highly recommended.

The intrigue part of this novel is also quite fitting, perfect with these characters and matches right in with the caliber of many of the other authors out there who write thrillers with romance. This is a stand alone but these characters were first introduced in the Fairfield Series as teenagers.  Besides a love story, this book is filled with suspense, action and mystery. In true MaryAnn Jordan style, she brings in characters from past books we love and has us falling for the new ones that we can't wait to find out more about their story.

Maryann Jordan's sixth book and third in the Love series. She has taken two of my favorite things hot alpha males and second chance romances and rolled them into one awesome book. We met B.J. and Suzy in Emma's Home when they were younger, now all grown up they have a chance meeting at  a wedding. Suzy wants to run. Just like she had done years before. this time B.J. known as Brad now is going to chase. With the possibility of Suzy being in danger. This gives Brad the opportunity to spend time with her and convince her that they still have a chance.

   Some of the wonderful things about Maryann's books are, they are stand alones but in a series so if you want to know more about past characters they pop up in the most recent book. I love finding out about past characters that I love. Yet if this is your first book you can enjoy it without needing to know what happened to others. The books are filled with suspense, mystery, smoking hot sex scenes and hot alpha men.

   Both Suzy and Brad have depth to their characters, as she takes you through what happened in their past to what is happening now. You feel their pain, their love and fear from Suzy of what might happen if she lets herself go back down that path. In between trying to stay one step ahead of the bad guys and trying to deal with past hurts and feelings. I couldn't put the book down. A sigh of deep contentment once I read the final page. Now to wait for the next book.
