The four immortals are sent on a quest to find the lost city. First they need to find a map. Braving sand storms, traitors and enemies on their search. They meet up with spy who had betrayed Jadeth in her lifetime. Now he wants to redeem himself. Jadeth is finding it hard to forgive what he had done. Ivo starts having feelings towards Emaranthe. Can it go anywhere between two immortals.
Action packed and full of suspense. If you like fantasy you will love these books. They aren't long stories but a lot is packed into the pages. I love the immortals and as each one has a special power I don't have a favorite. They work well together and they complement each other in battle. I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review
