I received a arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Book two in the Kill Devil Hills series. Ellie was always different from the rest of her family. She loved them and they accepted her the way she was. She just didn't fit the mold. Always knowing she was a lesbian. Being best friends in high school saved her from being bullied and their friendship has continued. Know he was in a relationship with her young sister Georgie and she couldn't be happier. Now dragging them to Malibu to reveal a secret she has been keeping for months. She didn't realize this would turn her life upside down. Nate West a television star and one of Ellie's favorites was on the plane that day. Getting one look at Ellie and he wanted her. She drew him in and he wanted to get to know him. Ellie surprising herself finds herself attracted to Nate. Where she has never been attracted to a man before.
Awesome read. I loved Ellie in the first book. She dances to the beat of her own drum and stand by it. She is that person you would love to have for a friend. Lots of twists and turns in this book. A big secret comes to light. Awesome cast of characters. I will be counting down the days till the next book in the series comes out
