Wyne and Dine by Donna Michaels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved the Wyne's in the book. I am so excited they got their own series. Ben doesn't do feelings. He has known Lea since she was young, she was his sisters best friend. Part of the family. Then the day came and listening to her talk on the phone turned him on. I loved the conversation. So he kept it to himself until he needed Lea to be his pretend girlfriend. All bets were off when he kissed her. Lea had a crush on Ben it seemed like forever. He never stepped over that friendship boundary. Until she was his pretend girlfriend. Maybe she gave him a nudge.
Wonderful story. Lea was sweet kind and tried so hard not to let Ben know she was in love with him. Friends with Ben it fits was fine for her. Even though she always hoped it would be more. Ben kept all his emotions locked up tight. He always thought military and marriage don't go together. He had seen it enough. It was a long struggle for Ben. I loved the flow of the story line. Sometimes men can be so dense.
