Review: Moonstone Beach

Moonstone Beach Moonstone Beach by Linda Seed
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Kate had moved back to Moonstone Beach after the death of her mother. Running the bookstore has helped her pick up the pieces of her failed marriage. Now she was ready to get back into the dating world. her group of friends are more then willing to help her. First red- alert had Kate running into the coffee shop and literally tripping. What a hot man to bad he is still pinning over his ex-wife. Jackson is a local chief with a quick temper when it comes to anything food related. He has had a crush on Kate for quite awhile but as never mad a move. Kate decides a fling with Jackson would get her back out there since he is known as a love then and leave them man.

Loved Kate, she is open and honest but does have a small problem of being able to stand up for herself with certain people. Jackson is just rude. Yet he wanted to change. AS you come to know the characters in the story you can't help but fall in love with them. Each one is unique and quite a few are quirky. Quite a bit of drama goes on but it all fits the story and ends of being a sweet romantic read. Sets up nicely for more books in the series. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
