Olivia being in college with her two best friends Cara and Nolan loves life. Her and Nolan get the chance to study abroad in Spain for the summer. A trip of a lifetime. Getting to see Spain and spending the summer with her best friend. It doesn't get any better then this. Olivia's first night in town , her host Nadia takes her clubbing along with a group of friends. looking across the club she gets drawn into the eyes of the most gorgeous man she has ever see. She has never felt that kind of attraction to anyone. Andres Cruz, a player. He doesn't do relationships. There is something about Olivia that draws him in and makes him feel things he has never felt before. She is only here for the summer, nothing can come of it except a little fun.
Olivia doesn't have the best self-esteem and it gets the best of her at times. Andres wow what can you say. Sexy hot and finds in Olivia someone to open up to and trust. Such a heart wrenching story. I am not big on love triangles but in this story it fit. You have Olivia insecure about pretty much everything. Andres having no clue how a relationship is supposed to go and then the third person that was waiting to step in. Do you go for that all encompassing love or the love that is safe.

Until Deacon Montgomery. Deacon a firefighter sees Campbell for the first time outside of a local coffee shop. He can't help but stare at her. Looking in her eyes all he sees is fear. Running into her again in the bar where she works, Deacon feels like it is fate. Campbell doesn't feel that way. He is to attractive and she feels the sparks between them and knows she has to run the other way. But things keep throwing them together. After a dare over a game Campbell must pay up with a date with Deacon.
A soul wrenching book. You know the real Campbell is in there somewhere, but years of hiding behind her walls keeps her from opening up. Deacon is such a hottie. Smart, kind and is determined to break through to the real Campbell is only a little at a time. The issues with Campbell were dealt with delicately but honestly and plays an important part in the story. Some might find it hard to read. The book brings out emotions from deep within and you can't help but fall in love with the characters.

A Beautiful Kind of Love

Release Date: April 11th, 2014
Every
choice has a consequence.
I
believe in soul mates. Why? Because I have one and his name is Jax Porter.
I
have known Jax my whole life and I have loved him with every breath I’ve ever
taken. The fact that we were born a mere month apart to mothers that are best
friends has made us inseparable since birth.
What
we have is so rare, one would think our story would be written, our fate
sealed. But, unfortunately that’s not how life works. Life offers us many
choices that can turn destiny into chance.
I
now find myself heading toward a destination that I could have never imagined
and I have to figure out where to go from here.
Will
the choices that have been made change our path forever or will fate find its
way?

I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Jax and Lily have grown up together. Their mothers are best friends and being born a month apart, they have spent their lives together. Best friends till the end. As they age they always put one another first. Then comes prom, their first kiss and things start to change. Who knew that a friendship like theirs could turn into so much more. Even if it doesn't work out they still can be best friends. Can't they? Jax goes off to college and things go great. Then Lily decides what she wants to do and heads in another direction. Jax starts feeling overwhelmed with everything in life and feels her can't give Lily what she needs.
This book drew me in and spit me back out. There is so much I want to say about it but I don't want to spoil the book for anyone else. The depths of emotions between the Lily and Jax blew me away. Soul mates and you can feel the connection. It is a rollercoaster of feelings. Definite ugly cry, but yet so worth it. My only problem with the book was the cliff hanger. As I am bawling my eyes out the book ends. I honestly didn't know what to do at that point. I had such a book hangover.
