Small Town Hot Shot Bride- Being stuck in a small tourist town isn't conductive to finding a man. Tammy learns tourist don't stay , they might want to have a good time then they go home. Until Roark shows up. She isn't about to give him a chance no matter how attracted she is to him. She knows he won't stay.

   Loved Tammy, she is spunky and isn't afraid to say what she thinks. The snarky comments just keep coming. Roark doesn't know what he wants out of life. But he wants Tammy to give him a chance.

 

Forever Your Valentine- Finding her husband in their bed with another women on Valentine's Day leaves Faith hating the holiday. Being a single mother and picking up the pieces of her life in a new town. She doesn't have time to worry about that day this year. Carly insists she go out and have fun. It doesn't take long for Carly to find a man and go off with him leaving Faith alone in a bar where she didn't want to  be to start with. Meeting Cole at the bar while she is getting drunk she stars spilling her guts. Cole doesn't do relationships, he is on the road to much. Yet there is something about Faith that makes him want to be around her. So friends they become.

    This was one of my favorites in the set. Friends to so much more. At times it seems like it is going to slow. The whole time Faith and Cole are getting to know one another and becoming best friends. They are both afraid to take that next step.

 

Perfect Match- Cali returns home after the death of her father. A man she hasn't seen in many years. It is the last place she wants to be and she doesn't want to remember anything about that time period is her young life. She is going in, settling the estate and leave as fast as she can. Running into Trace Robbins might make her change her mind. Trace is still healing from his wife's death. raising his son he doesn't want a women in his life. Yet something about Cali starts making him rethink that plan. Will he be able to move on.

    Great story. Two people both afraid of opening themselves up to love again. It is long road. Throw in a stalker and things get hectic quick.

 

Naomi's Heart- Naomi's high school crush moves  back to town after the death of his wife. Granted it has been over thirty years but it would be nice to get to know him again. So helping Ben prepare for the Egg knocking contest is a great way to be able to stay near him.

    Cute story, quite funny in places. What people will do and how they act for a  chance to win the contest had me laughing out loud.

 

Heather of His Heart- Billy is staying with H.L. while she kept his niece. His brother asked him to keep an eye on her. She drove him nuts, she was out spoken, had no fear and trusted everyone. She also doesn't put up with any of his crap. Billy can't help but flirt with her. Even though H.L. was attracted to him she resisted with everything she had. Until they are in danger.

  Another great short read. Loved the characters in this one. Some twists and turns to hold your attention.

 

Mother's Day Babies- Lou Roland,  a playboy still in his fifties. After being burnt badly when young, he has never found a women he wanted to settle down with since Until Barbara, losing her husband after thirty years of marriage. Barbara just wants to enjoy life, with her children and grandchildren. She doesn't need a playboy. No matter how attractive he his or how he makes her feel. Lou is determined. Barbara is going to be his.

      Great story. Older characters, but romantic all the same. Two people from totally different walks of life trying to find common ground to make things work.

 

To Have & To Hold- When Melissa rents the gatekeepers house from Drexel Cunningham things are not always as they seem. She remembers visiting the estate when she was younger and her family was friends with the late owners. Thinking Drexel is just the groundskeeper, she wonders what happened to the rest of the late owners family. finding herself attracted to Drexel, things just don't seem to be right with him. It is like he is keeping secrets.

    Cute story. Drexel is trying to hide who he is. And keeping his mothers illness a secret. He wanted Melissa but that would involve sharing the secrets.

 

Call Me Yours- Thad is in love with Brianna. He has been for awhile. the hard part is convincing her that he does love her and she loves him back. Thad never did long term relationships. Brianna stop doing them after getting hurt in college. One night stands are best. Can two people who believe in that philosophy come together.

    I met Thad and Brianna in the One Day at a Wedding Series. So it was wonderful I got to read their story. They both deserved love, but with their pasts it was hard for Brianna to trust Thad. Thad needed to break down her walls. It was a long road for both of them.

 

Love at the Apple Blossom Inn- Janey is a small town girl. When Eric comes to stay at the inn. They find themselves attracted to one another. Eric has a big secret and is afraid of Janey finding out. Until that happens he is going to enjoy falling for her.

  Sweet story. Eric just wanted to hide out he didn't plan on falling in love. Janey was happy with Eric the music teacher. As his secret comes to light and he leaves town. She doesn't know what to think. Were they really in love o was she just someone he was passing time with.

 

Old Enough To Know Better- Stormy's best friend has been trying to set her up with Sean Butler. The man is sex on a stick, but pushing fifty Stormy feels she is to old for him. Besides after the life she has led. What man would want her. Sean flirts every chance he gets. Stormy turns him on in a big way. He just needs to convince her of that. Age is only a number.

   Wonderful story, with some smoking hot sex scenes. Stormy doesn't think she deserves any happiness after her past. She keeps punishing herself. Sean tries everything he knows to break through her walls. She keeps shutting him down. Until that kiss. Loved the characters. There was so much more to Sean then his looks.
