Review: Wyne and Song

Wyne and Song Wyne and Song by Donna Michaels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have been waiting for Ethan' story. After his wife cheated on him while he was deployed. He has spent his time raising his son and working in the family resort. He wasn't giving any women the chance to hurt him again. As his brothers fall one by one, he thinks he is content with his life the way it is. Until he meets Phoebe. After a one night stand that they both agree upon.Phoebe ends up back in his life. Phoebe loves are stage career and she is close to getting the chance to go to Hollywood. One night with Ethan should have been enough, but when she is offered a pasr in a production in his town she figured how hard could it be to keep her distance.
Love the characters in this series. Each book is a standalone but you lean so much about each of them if you read them in order. Phoebe was sweet and you couldn't help but love her. She thought she knew what she wanted out of life. Her acting career was everything. Her feelings for Ethan ran deep but at no point did she throw herself at him. She continued on with her life at let fate take the lead. Ethan on the other hand was so afraid of getting hurt or his son getting hurt he did his best to avoid Phoebe, Yet found himself needing her. The story flows smoothly with very little drama.
