Tabitha working in the strip club as a waitress, it wasn't her dream job. Getting close to the sons of Ferris was what she was looking to do. Seeing Finn McCaffrey again, not that she wasn't sure if it was a good thing or not. He was a first everything, then he was gone after that night when his change came upon him and he almost killed her. Finn never thought he would see Tabitha again. It hurt him to leave her, but he had to do it. Caring for someone made you vulnerable. Now here she is a latent wolf shifter looking to get bite so she can shift. Things weren't as easy as she convinced herself they would be.
Fast paced story with lots of twists and turns. Tabitha was smart, even though she didn't know as much as she thought she did about the wolves and put herself in danger. Finn found himself pulled toward Tabitha again. He knew she was his mate but never wanted to claim her and put her in danger. Now he has to save her once again and try to stop the feeling he has before he puts both their lives in jeopardy. I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
