Second book in the series. Lean Rhodes was a wildlife photographer. Heading to Alaska to photograph grizzles. She meets Jenner. Whom everyone says is the best guide. So that is who she wants. Lena is attracted to Jenner from their first meeting. But something about him is different.
Jenner knew Lena was going to be trouble. She was a spitfire, one that made his bear grumble.
Can be read as a standalone. This book does fill in a few of the pieces the first book hinted at. What happens at the end make me so impatient for the third book. Lena had me laughing at times with her smart mouth. She had no problem standing up to Jenner even when he growled at her. Jenner definitely met his match in Lena.
